How do I pay for a session?
You can email me at alishahhphotography@gmail.com Deposits are done through e-transfer and the rest of the payment can be given on the day of the photoshoot. I only take cash or e-transfer at the moment. Full payment must be received before receiving any photos.
Please note, deposits are non-refundable. This deposit is not returned as it is deducted from your total cost.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am currently based in Toronto and taking bookings within the GTA only. For further inquiries, please contact me by email.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 3 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery all at once using the download PIN given to you.
Do I get to pick the photos to edit?
I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
However, I am willing to work with special requests and will do my best to accommodate.
How do I receive my pictures?
Currently, my clients preview and download their digital images through an online gallery. This way, my clients can easily preview their photos. The photos are secure and can be easily downloaded to your computer and phone. It is recommended to download the album on a computer and save on a hard drive.
How many photos do I get?
It usually depends on the package you select.
Do you use props for lifestyle newborn?
I personally believe, working with no props is more meaningful - to capture these interactions, as these are the people that will support and love the baby throughout his or her life. Documenting the real moments. Every client has a different home and a different story to tell.
Do you give RAW files?
It is important to deliver only my very best work to you. Giving you RAW images would be giving you only half of an unfinished work of art. RAW files are unedited and therefore are not an accurate representation of my work or my brand.
Can I do my session at a Studio?
Absolutely, sessions can take place at a studio of your choice - the studio space is an an additional cost by the hour depending on location. I can always help you find a creative space as well! Please don't hesitate to ask.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If you were to cancel your photo shoot the non-refundable deposit will not be returned and will be taken as a cancellation fee. Sessions can not be downgraded.
However, cancellations can happen for number of reasons (please notify me within 48 hours or more) we can reschedule. I try to be as flexible as possible with my clients when it comes to rescheduling.
